What counts as a small edit? Text changes, swapping images, updating links and buttons, testimonials, opening hours and small layout adjustments. New pages, redesigns, new features, animations, integrations and anything touching databases or custom logic are quoted separately or belong in a higher plan.

Plain terms, no fine print
We would rather lose an application than surprise a customer. This is the whole deal.

New websites only. We do not edit WordPress or Shopify themes, and we do not set up sites on your own hosting.

Your site is built and managed on Softify Cloud, our own production infrastructure.

The first monthly payment starts the final build. No refunds once the final build has started.

Cancel anytime. Your plan simply stops renewing and the site is taken offline at the end of the period.

Source code is released after 6 months on an active plan, 12 months for Custom, or through a buyout. Your content is always yours.

We may use the finished website as a public portfolio case.

Fair questions
Why $99 a month when hosting costs $20?+
Because you are not buying hosting. Raw hosting is a server; you still need someone to design, build, deploy, secure, back up, monitor, update and fix the site. The plan is a managed service with a real team behind it. Comparable website care plans typically run $100 to $300 a month, without a free build.
Is the build really free?+
Yes. We build a limited number of sites free as portfolio cases. You only ever pay the monthly plan, and the first payment happens after you have seen and approved your free mockup.
Who owns the website?+
Your content, brand and domain are always yours. The code and infrastructure are ours while the plan runs. After 6 months on an active plan (12 for Custom) you can have the source code released, or buy it out earlier.
How fast will my site be live?+
The mockup usually lands within a few days of a qualified application. After your first payment, the final build and launch typically take days, not months.
Can I cancel?+
Anytime. There is no long contract. Your plan stops renewing, the site goes offline at the end of the paid period, and your content is handed over on request.
What if I need something you have not listed?+
Apply anyway and describe it. Booking, membership areas, configurators, multi-language, integrations: that is what the Custom plan is for.
Who is behind Premovra?+
Premovra is a service by Softify Labs, a Danish software studio (CVR 34413037) that builds and runs its own SaaS products and infrastructure. Your site runs on the same stack as our own products.
